central location good selection
The hotel location is central so walking to city spots is easy. The staff at the front desk readily arranged taxis when I requested one. Breakfast had a good selection. I found the gluten-free options were a definite benefit.
I noticed the attention to detail could have been better. I found a slight delay for the taxi I requested.

caring staff king bed rain shower
The staff showed attentiveness. They were professional and helpful. My room featured a king bed, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer. The shower offered a good rain shower experience. I appreciated that the bathtub was quite large and easy to use.
The room did NOT have a dresser with drawers.

The location proved very convenient. I was just minutes from Grafton Street. Breakfast had a fantastic self service selection. I always found a table without waiting.
Storage was definitely lacking. There was only one drawer. That was not enough for my things. The bathroom tap sprayed water. It was so forceful it sprayed everything.

Loved My Stay Here!
fresh selection hidden treat comfy bed
The breakfast selections were extensive and fresh. Hidden treats were available, I found smoked salmon behind the counter. The room's air quality was great, I also slept like a log in the comfy bed. The workout room had great equipment, I felt super energized after using it.
I found the front desk staff to be a little slow. This happened at check in, I waited longer than I hoped. A faster response would improve things a great deal.

Staff members were helpful and accomodating. Requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The concierge assisted with luggage and provided helpful information, I felt super supported.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, I found this very useful. Bed linens felt luxurious, I slept very well.

Breakfast included a good self service selection. I found ample tables were available, so I never had to wait. Fresh options were available every morning, I enjoyed the quality and variety.

The hotel is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and pharmacies. Grafton Street and Temple Bar are very close, I reached both in around seven minutes. Trinity College is also close by, I walked in about ten minutes.

a satisfying stay
great selection comfortable beds
the breakfast buffet had a really great selection with something for everyone. the clean rooms and supremely comfortable beds also ticked all the important boxes, we loved the nice little touches like free fruit in reception. complimentary bottles of water in rooms was a nice touch.

Solid stay, some minor hiccups
secure parking helpful staff delicious food
Location was convenient for city center access. The staff, particularly Elif, was friendly. I really liked how Elif helped choose a nice gin and sprite. The food offered good value for money. I appreciated secure parking available at this hotel. The hotel has modern look and useful amenities.
The air conditioning system was a problem. It seemed to cut off after an hour, even when set to auto.

My standard room had a big, comfortable bed. Super clean condition was noticeable in lifts, corridors and in the room. Good size room was very handy for luggage.

Breakfast included many items and the option to order eggs. I noted that the breakfast area stayed very clean. Food options were quite diverse, so everyone could find something to eat.

Acceptable Hotel Experience
central location front desk assistance breakfast variety non-functioning television carpet stain damp smell
The location is quite central. I could easily walk to various spots around the area. Staff at the front desk provided assistance with taxi arrangements. Breakfast had a good variety of options. I found the Irish breakfast particularly good.
I noticed the attention to detail was lacking. The television in my room did not work. There was also a noticeable stain on the carpet and a damp smell coming from the sink area. I reported these issues to the reception but only the TV was fixed upon my return.
